The Independent Great Priory of Helvetia is operating under the aegis of Great Prior-National Grand Master. At his side is the Deputy Great Prior, the Grand Chancellor and the Grand Treasurer. Together, they form the Steering Committee.

The Steering Committee is in charge of conducting the agenda, managing the IGPH, preparing the yearly Event which usually takes place in spring and the organisation of two Great Swiss Chapters in spring and autumn.
It also ensures good harmony between the Prefectures and it guarantees the bonds of friendship with other Great Priories and Bodies in Amity.

The Helvetic Grand Chapter is the suprem organ composed invariably of 27 members called Grand Capitulars.
The Helvetic Directoire is the executive committee and it is composed of the Great Prior-National Grand Master, the Deputy Great Prior, the Grand Chancellor, the Grand Treasurer and the Prefects.
